The TSE DP20-4H is a reliable, versatile and hydraulically powered four drum puller made for medium distribution stringing. With its 2,000 lb. linepull capacity on a single drum, 35 horsepower water cooled diesel engine, and mechanical clutches for each reel, this puller can perform wonders for any job you throw at it. The mechanical clutch allows for selective reel rotation, a mechanical brake is also in place to hold back overspin. The max despired linepull can be preset prior to pulling to make the reel drive stall if a restriction to the line occurs, avoiding any damage to the conductor, towers and hardware.
